Cortesia, competenza e delicatezza nel porsi ma sopra saper ascoltare il Cliente, ne fanno per me un posto in cui ritornare con molto piacere!! Very refined but familiar at the same time. Abbiamo mangiato e bevuto benissimo. Io ho preso l'antipasto "La bella addormentata" che consiste in una carrellata di assaggini dal sapore magnifico. Mio marito ha preso il risotto cacio e pepe, indimenticabile. Tutto buono, compresi i dolci. In ultimo, il servizio è stato cortese, competente, veloce. Beautiful discovery! The location is magnificent, with few tables and a very intimate setting. A panoramic garden that left us speechless at sunset! We ate and drank very well. I took the appetizer "Sleeping Beauty" which consists of a roundup of tastings with a magnificent flavor. My husband had the cacio e pepe risotto, unforgettable. All good, including desserts. Lastly, the service was courteous, competent, fast.

I piatti danno sfizio al palato ed alla vista. Peccato non facciano più pizza. Staff particolarmente gentile. Tornerò sicuramente. 5 stars. The location is spectacular, ideal for impressing. The exterior offers a view of the Abruzzo natural symbol, the Sleeping Beauty, hence the name. The dishes give whim to the palate and sight. Too bad they don't make pizza anymore. Particularly kind staff. I will definitely be back.

Piatti gustosi per il palato e gli occhi, con accostamenti di sapori particolari, tutto accompagnato da un buon vino... Personale molto gentile... Da provare ? Sono contenta della serata trascorsa … nonostante una serrata di lunedì , con poche persone che girano nei ristoranti ci è stato concesso la tranquillità di un sabato sera … cameriere sempre gentile e discreto ! Cucina gourmet con ingredienti ricercati e di primissima qualità. Ogni piatto un esplosione di sapori, si sente che lo chef è un professionista. Ogni portata cambio delle posate, servizio impeccabile. Sono attenti al cliente in ogni modo, soprattutto in tema di intolleranze, basta chiedere e sapranno accontentarvi. Tutto fatto al momento, pane e grissini di propria produzione. Un vero percorso del gusto, scoperto per caso e del quale non si potrà più fare a meno ??
