Locale molto ben curato, tutto il personale è gentile, sempre vigile, c'è sempre qualcuno che guarda la sala (cosa che a mio avviso è indice di un'attenta gestione). Io ho preso la Rib Eye, e lo rifarei ancora: la carne era succosa, tenera, cottura pink, perfetta. La mia compagna invece, amante della carne cruda, ha scelto il bis di tartare. I piatti sono arrivati in poco tempo, la birra era molto fresca. Abbiamo concluso con un semifreddo al cioccolato. Delizioso. Era la nostra prima volta, ma siamo rimasti completamente soddisfatti. I was looking for a place to eat good meat, instead we ate excellent meat! Very well-kept place, all the staff are polite, always vigilant, there is always someone watching the room (which in my opinion is an indication of careful management). I took the Rib Eye, and I would do it again: the meat was juicy, tender, cooked pink, perfect. My partner, on the other hand, a lover of raw meat, chose an encore of tartare. The dishes arrived in no time, the beer was very fresh. We concluded with a chocolate parfait. Delightful. It was our first time, but we were completely satisfied.

Abbiamo preso il menu carne, ed è qualcosa di buonissimo, soprattutto le ribs e la tagliata!! I camerieri sono tutti gentili, super disponibili e velocissimi, e premetto che stasera era sabato ed il locale era pieno!! Torneremo sicuramente! Ps: ho visto anche le belle pizze alla pala con più gusti che ogni tanto mi passavano davanti, proverò anche quelle!! We took the meat menu, and it is something very good, especially the ribs and the tagliata !! The waiters are all kind, super helpful and very fast, and I state that tonight was Saturday and the place was full !! We will definitely be back! Ps: I have also seen the beautiful pizzas to the shovel with more flavors that every now and then passed in front of me, I'll try those too !! Excellent pistachio chees cake !! ❤️

Ho provato diversi tipi di carne: picanha, fiorentina, rib eye e tronchetto sashi beef. In tutti i casi il rapporto qualità prezzo è stato eccellente. Tagli di carne sempre di altissima qualità, servita velocemente, cotta nel migliore dei modi. In particolare la Fiorentina è stata davvero un'esperienza da ricordare, senza dubbio la miglior carne che abbia mangiato in vita mia. L'ultima sera ho avuto modo invece di assaggiare i fritti (olive all'ascolana, anelli di cipolla, fiori di zucca). Anche in questo caso servizio veloce, porzioni adeguate e di ottima qualità. In generale il locale è accogliente, ed è carina anche la possibilità di cenare all'aperto con vista piscina. Il personale è molto gentile e discreto, e bravo nel fornire giusti consigli in tema di ordinazioni. Speriamo che aprano anche a Varese! :- I was in Fiano Romano for work a whole week and I had the pleasure of dining at the Beef Minimal for five evenings. I tried different types of meat: picanha, fiorentina, rib eye and sashi beef log. In all cases the value for money was excellent. Always high quality cuts of meat, served quickly, cooked in the best way. In particular the Fiorentina was truly an experience to remember, without a doubt the best meat I have eaten in my life. On the last evening I had the opportunity to taste the fried (olives all'ascolana, onion rings, courgette flowers). Again fast service, adequate portions and of excellent quality. In general, the restaurant is welcoming, and the possibility of dining outdoors with a view of the pool is also nice. The staff is very polite and discreet, and good at giving the right advice on ordering. We hope they also open in Varese! : -

N	Nisim Heletz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Answering to the response: you are a fraudulent restaurant and you should be shut down by the authorities. This place is a fraud. The meat they serve you does not match the menu item description. I ordered USA Rib-Eye and received a Sirloin steak with a few Picania pieces mixed in. Who do they think they're kidding. And the price for the steak alone was 69 Euros. Avoid.
e	estevão borges on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go there whenever I have the chance, it's the best restaurant around, very good meat options and a very prepared staff, apart that, the restaurant is very comfortable and very beautifull and the options of all you can eat are amazing, so make sure to stop there if you are traveling around
