It is very close to the metro station Ottaviano (about 3 minutes walking) and its also very close to the Piazza San Pietro (10-15 minutes walking). The Vatican museum is just five minutes walking. Very close to this you can find anything you will need during your vacations. Very clean and quite place. Wi-Fi and hot water were always available. Finally the landlord was very polite and helpful!
