Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità dei titolari, fornito di piscina riscaldata e chiusa per poterne fruire anche col brutto tempo. Possibilità dire una spa con percorso per coppie. Beautiful and intimate bed & breakfast set in a beautiful natural setting. Excellent reception and availability of the owners, equipped with heated and closed pool to be able to enjoy even in bad weather. Possibility to say a spa with path for couples.
s	simona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono arrivata la sera e ripartita al mattino, un breve sosta proprio nello stile b&b mordi e fuggi perché ci si sposta, si gira, si viaggia. La sera all' arrivo (periodo covid tutto chiuso alle 18) accolta da un caminetto caloroso e confortante ho trovato riparo dal freddo fuori era oramai abbastanza pungente. Che dire di questo posto? Si affaccia su una vallata a perdifiato che ho scoperto solo al risveglio assieme alla piccola Spa a vetrata che guarda su un giardino incantevole, il proprietario che striglia e sella i cavalli per andare a fare una passeggiata, la gatta che fa un giro sul balcone, la piscina coperta dalla acqua sempre calda e la colazione che ci attendeva in cucina. In un Bed and Breakfast la colazione la fa da padrone e qui mi ha coccolato, raffinata e casalinga come piace a me: pane nero o di segale con marmellate fatte in casa, frittata con formaggio di capra e salvia (una cosa per intenditori) kefir della padrona, pane dolce alla frutta secca del panificio locale, frutta, succhi, e caffè di moka (io lo adoro!)....e che dire di più....oltretutto la abbiamo avvisata una ora prima solamente al nostro arrivo!! La padrona gentilmente riservata è disponibile ed attenta a creare delle condizioni di confort. Pulito, non caotico, curato e con un buon gusto di fondo, che non guasta, lo consiglio vivamente anche per il suo prezzo nella media. La posizione ad un passo da Carpegna e Frontino decisamente comoda. Mi I arrived in the evening and left in the morning, a short stop in the style of b & b hit and run because you move, turn, travel. In the evening upon arrival (covid period all closed at 18) welcomed by a warm and comforting fireplace I found shelter from the cold outside was now quite pungent. What about this place? It overlooks a breathtaking valley that I discovered only when I woke up together with the small glass-enclosed spa overlooking an enchanting garden, the owner who curries and saddles the horses to go for a walk, the cat who takes a ride on the balcony, the indoor pool with always hot water and the breakfast that awaited us in the kitchen. In a Bed and Breakfast breakfast is king and here it pampered me, refined and homely as I like it: black or rye bread with homemade jams, omelette with goat cheese and sage (something for connoisseurs) kefir of the hostess, sweet bread with dried fruit from the local bakery, fruit, juices, and mocha coffee (I love it!) .... and what more can I say .... moreover we have notified her an hour before only upon our arrival !! The kindly reserved landlady is available and careful to create conditions of comfort. Clean, not chaotic, well-kept and with a good background taste, which doesn't hurt, I highly recommend it also for its average price. The position one step away from Carpegna and Frontino is very comfortable. Me

Ottima accoglienza; davvero consigliata! We had a great time in this wonderful location. It could be more detailed, however for our stay it was perfect. Great welcome; really recommended!
