 I bought a bed and mattress a month ago, after a week I went back and I took the bed and mattress for the whole family, great availability and great prices !!!

I miei anziani genitori sono stati consigliati e spinti nell'acquisto dell'unico materasso che hanno in stock, senza nessun'altra opzione, motivo per il quale il materasso è risultato inidoneo all'utilizzo. Dopo solo 2 giorni in maniera semplice e cortese hanno richiesto la sostituzione ma hanno rifiutato. In aggiunta le caratteristiche del materasso erano diverse da quanto richiesto, per cui presentando vizi e difformità a mezzo raccomandata hanno chiesto cambio o reso. Da non crederci ... hanno respinto la raccomandata!! Evito di esprimere il mio giudizio sul comportamento e sulla serietà
Bad. Absolutely not recommended. My elderly parents were advised and pushed to purchase the only mattress they have in stock, without any other option, which is why the mattress was unsuitable for use. After only 2 days in a simple and courteous way they requested a replacement but refused. In addition, the characteristics of the mattress were different from what was requested, so presenting defects and discrepancies by registered mail, they asked for an exchange or return. Unbelievable ... they rejected the registered letter !! I avoid expressing my judgment on behavior and seriousness
