Questa è villa Rosaria. A ciò si aggiunge la professionalità di Elvira che ha rinnovato le antiche tradizioni e con grande generosità le mette a disposizioni dei suoi ospiti. Una meraviglia di chi ancora valorizza luoghi incantevoli come Noto.
In a baroque setting, you will find an old farmhouse renovated with every comfort: swimming pool in a garden, cleanliness, great attention to your needs, varied breakfast both organic and zero km. This is villa Rosaria. To this is added the professionalism of Elvira who has renewed the ancient traditions and with great generosity makes them available to her guests. A wonder for those who still value enchanting places like Noto.

La signora Elvira (la proprietaria) è veramente simpatica e accogliente. Se torneró a Noto sicuramente riprenderó questo b&b. Consigliato
Really nice B&B, clean and with spacious rooms. Hearty breakfast, with fresh fruit of the day, croissants, rusks and much more and everything of quality. Mrs Elvira (the owner) is really nice and welcoming. If I return to Noto I will definitely take this b & b again. Advised

L'imponenza di questo casale sapientemente ristrutturato unito alla bellezza dell'angolo piscina e giardino ben curati attivano da subito un atmosfera di quiete e relax che calma i sensi. Si ha l'impressione poi di un ambiente caldo e famigliare grazie all'accoglienza la cura e la disponibilità della proprietaria, Elvira, che con grande professionalità segue ogni aspetto del soggiorno. Pulizia e ordine straordinaria. Consigliatissimo. Ci ritorneremo .
A few days ago I had the pleasure of staying with another couple of friends in this wonderful structure. The grandeur of this expertly restored farmhouse combined with the beauty of the well-kept pool corner and garden immediately activate an atmosphere of quiet and relaxation that calms the senses. Then you get the impression of a warm and familiar environment thanks to the welcome, the care and availability of the owner, Elvira, who follows every aspect of the stay with great professionalism. Extraordinary cleanliness and order. Highly recommended. We will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a bit further away from the center of Noto, close to "la campagna". From the terraces of Casa Nello (2nd level) as well as from the B&B (1st level) you have an amazing view over the city on one side and almond trees on the other. The building is an old italian farmhouse restructured and modernized. It comes with a beautiful entrance hall - italian lime stone, spacious rooms, dinner hall and a pool with a garden area - good for Barbecue. The prices are good for the value you get. Elvira and Paolo always help where help is needed.
