★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gestore preciso e impeccabile. Stanza pulitissima e confortevole, calda ed accogliente. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliatissimo, anche a chi ha bisogno di un appoggio per il policlinico, raggiungibile a piedi.
 Precise and impeccable manager. Very clean and comfortable room, warm and welcoming. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended, even to those who need support for the polyclinic, within walking distance.

All positive !! Hospitality, comfortable room, well-served area a stone's throw from the Oncology Center and Mr. Mimmo very friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati davvero bene grazie al signor Francesco cordiale e gentile... la casa nuova è ben tenuta con ogni confort bagni nuovi e ben puliti. Unica pecca non prevede la colazione ma avendo una cucina ci si può provvedere.
We were really good thanks to Mr. Francesco friendly and kind ... the new house is well maintained with every comfort new and clean bathrooms. The only flaw does not include breakfast but having a kitchen you can provide for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho alloggiato in questa struttura insieme a mia madre per essere vicini alla clinica Santa Maria. Stanza comoda e accogliente. Wifi, Tv, climatizzatore e area comune provvista di ogni comfort. Il signor Domenico sempre attento e disponibile, rifornendo il frigo e la dispensa per la colazione.Teresa la ragazza del personale precisa e cordiale.

I stayed at this facility with my mother to be close to the Santa Maria clinic. Comfortable and cozy room. Wifi, TV, air conditioning and common area equipped with every comfort. Mr. Domenico always attentive and helpful, replenishing the fridge and the pantry for breakfast.Teresa the girl of the precise and friendly staff.
Thank you very much for sweetening our not so good experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to book this accommodation via booking.com Info page tells me that check in is until 22:30. After booking the host tells us that we have to be there before 19:00, which is obviously impossible if your flight arrives at 20:00. Very bad information for your guests and causing us some problems at this moment.
