Quando gli telefoni per reclamare allora finge di scendere dalle nuvole, e ti dice che l’appuntamento era invece per il giorno Y. A me ha messo 3 prodotti cinesi, senza consultarmi (non avevo messo limiti di spesa). Fortunatamente funzionano...I suoi dipendenti sono professionali. c	carlo pasquini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azienda super disorganizzata....si presenta a casa nostra il venditore tra l'altro molto professionale e gentile e ci convince a montare una caldaia , tutto bene il montaggio...dopo un neanche un anno ho un anomalia sull impianto quindi chiamo in ufficio per un intervento e da' li' inizia un calvario...mi risponde prima il titolare dicendo che il giorno dopo alle 9 sarebbe venuto il tecnico, aspetto un ora e mezzo e non vedo nessuno...richiamo in ufficio per avere spiegazioni e la signora mi dice di non sapere niente..mah...allora parlo nuovamente con il titolare il quale mi RIdice scusandosi che il giorno dopo sarebbero intervenuti...macchè....anche stavolta niente...praticamente dopo 10 gg di sabato mattina mi richiama il titolare per dirmi che sarebbero venuti a fare l'intervento...NON HO PAROLE...per farla breve mi è toccato chiamare un tecnico di mia fiducia pagando l'intervento di una caldaia in garazia....Lontani da questo individuo!! I HAVE NO WORDS ... in short, I had to call a trusted technician paying the intervention of a boiler in a guarantee ... . Away from this individual !!

Niente da ridire sugli operai che si sono presentati nelle varie occasioni. Professionisti con la P maiuscola. Oggi però il titolare si è superato. Nei giorni scorsi per prendere un appuntamento abbiamo dovuto chiamarlo più volte; ad ogni chiamata ci chiudeva la conversazione promettendoci di richiamarci di lì a pochi minuti, ma mai lo ha fatto e per giorni. Dopo alcuni giorni siamo finalmente riusciti a prendere un appuntamento, lo stesso giorno, per il controllo di 2 caldaie site in due luoghi diversi. Il giorno degli appuntamenti, nessuno si è presentato e nessuno ha chiamato per dare motivazioni del mancato intervento. Il titolare, richiamato ripetutamente sul cellulare, non ha mai risposto. Ha risposto sul fisso dopo almeno 2 ore, dicendo: . Ho solo dispiacere di una cosa: gli operai che lavorano per lui sono persone estremamente competenti, professionali e gentili. Non meritano di avere un titolare che si comporta senza professionalità con i clienti! G	Giovanni Del Carlo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo fare i complimenti a questa Azienda che opera sul mercato da oltre 40 anni ( e questo è sinonimo di serietà professionale e morale) e infatti è stata l'unica azienda che è riuscita ad installarmi una Macchina VRF LG con Quadri Split che erano già in mio possesso quando ho murato casa nuova. Questo fatto mette ancor di più la serietà e professionalità del Titolare e della suo gruppo di lavoro perchè sono intervenuti nonostante le apparecchiature le avessi acquistate da un altro fornitore che ha chiuso da diversi anni. Consiglio vivamente questa Azienda perchè eseguono il lavori con la "cura del buon padre di famiglia"....
