a	alessandra aless on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessimo approccio, maleducazione. mi sono presentata per una seduta di pressoterapia, mi hanno fatto entrare in una cabina, dandomi una tutina da indossare (ero un po' perplessa perchè era la prima volta in questo posto e in altri centri dove avevo fatto pressoterapia non avevo mai dovuto indossare questo tipo di indumento), dopo qualche attimo arriva la receptionist e mi dice che si sono sbagliate con un altro trattamento e mi chiedono di togliermi la tutina e andare in un'altra cabina. mentre mi stavo rivestendo, l'estetista mi chiede sgarbatamente se avevo finito perchè le serviva la cabina. sono uscita e me ne sono andata. imparate come va trattata la gente...... mai capitato un posto con personale così cafone... bad approach, rudeness. I introduced myself for a press therapy session, they let me into a booth, giving me a jumpsuit to wear (I was a bit puzzled because it was the first time in this place and in other centers where I had pressotherapy I had never had to wear this type of garment), after a few moments the receptionist arrives and tells me that they are wrong with another treatment and they ask me to take off my jumpsuit and go to another cabin. while I was dressing, the beautician rudely asks me if I had finished because she needed the cabin. I went out and left. learn how people should be treated ...... never happened to a place with such boorish staff ...

f	francesca malaguti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A DIR POCO SCANDALOSO Ho acquistato un pacchetto per 10 trattamenti LPG il primo appuntamento l'ho prenotato in aprile al quale il giorno prima dell'appuntamento mi arriva un messaggio di disdetta nel quale si pregava di ricontattare il centro per fissare un ulteriore appuntamento, da allora ho prenotato altri 25 e dico 25 appuntamenti fino ad arrivare ad ottobre e di questi non sono riuscita ad effettuarne NEANCHE UNO perchè puntualmente il giorno prima dell'appuntamento arriva il messaggio di cancellazione. L'unica volta che non mi hanno cancellato l'appuntamento mi sono presentata all'ora fissata, perdendo tempo, benzina e pazienza e mi hanno rimandato a casa in maniera scortese dicendomi che l'appuntamento non era segnato nella loro agenda...l'unico aggettivo che mi viene per descrivere questo posto è INCOMPETENTI...persone così dovrebbero solo chiudere perchè non sanno fare il proprio lavoro!
