Oggi è stata lì per usufruire dell'ultima carta regalo (valenza 12 mesi) e la commessa gli dice che sono cambiate delle cose e che per usufruire delle carte regalo bisogna avere lo scontrino di acquisto delle stesse e che quindi se non ce l'avevamo più la carta regalo da ben 20€ era inutilizzabile. 1.le carte sono state acquistate 11 mesi fa, e NESSUNO mi ha detto che per usarle bisognava presentare lo scontrino e mi sarei aspettato quindi di utilizzare l'ultima carta con le regole di utilizzo che c'erano al momento dell'acquisto. 2. La novità dello scontrino con le carte regalo è solo di questo negozio... In quanto i miei ?€ iniziali erano soldi che ho cambiato con carte di egual valore, quindi è il possesso della carta regalo che permette a sua volta di scambiare la stessa coi prodotti del negozio per il valore della carta. *fatene tesoro ora che arriva natale* 3. Fortunatamente, ho trovato un momento tranquillo, per cui la commessa ha potuto seguirmi con maggiore attenzione, senza però essere invadente come spesso accade. Ho trovato gentilezza, pazienza nell'aiutarmi a scegliere il profumo più adatto a me e anche molta dolcezza nei confronti della mia bambina di tre anni e mezzo. Non è scontato tutto questo, perché in altri posti non guardano molto di buon occhio bambini che, potenzialmente possono arrecare danni, se lasciati senza supervisione. Mi sono trovata davvero bene e ho trovato il profumo che cercavo. Vi è l'opportunità di fare la tessera con successivi sconti o promozioni. L'ambiente è molto ampio, posizionato al centro della città di Saronno. Situato in zona pedonale, con comodi parcheggi nelle vicinanze. Ci si può accedere tranquillamente anche con carrozzine e carrozzelle. Direi consigliato e le cinque stelle le conferisco tutte!
