Nessuna delicatezza, nessun amore per gli animali.
Sapone sugli occhi, getto d'acqua eccessivo per il cucciolo e nessun modo gentile per calmare il cane spaventato.
Pulizia delle orecchie incommentabile.
Viste le recensioni e l'aspetto esteriore della "Spa" per cani, mi sarei aspettata molto di meglio. Delusa e amareggiata.
Per non parlare del personale...
Bad experience with my 5 month old pug, not even a butcher would have treated her worse.
No delicacy, no love for animals.
Soap on the eyes, excessive spray of water for the puppy and no gentle way to calm the frightened dog.
Incommentable ear cleaning.
Given the reviews and the outward appearance of the Dog Spa, I would have expected much better. Disappointed and embittered.
Not to mention the staff ...
