★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho effettuato un ritocco, sulla struttura della mia estetista abituale che è in ferie purtroppo, quindi non pensavo facessero molti danni. Non so che tipo di prodotti usano ma se le unghie mi fanno male significa che non stai lavorando bene, ho notato subito il modo di mettere la cartina sulle unghie che doveva ricostruire (cartina non stabile, si è aperta dopo 10 secondi, l’unghia probabilmente si alzerà fra un paio di settimane), usano un gel di passione unghie che stendono con l’aiuto di un liquido apposito, che mi faceva andare in fiamme unghia dopo unghia e dopo averlo comunicato ad Ilaria, non mi ha nemmeno risposto fregandosene completamente (se ti dico che un prodotto mi sta facendo male ti devi fermare, potrei avere una reazione e tu te ne stai fregando). Per non parlare del modo in cui ha utilizzato la fresa e la lima, la delicatezza di un elefante in una cristalleria (mi ha provocato due ferite e non si è nemmeno scusata, anzi, completa indifferenza). Questo non è un servizio e questa non è un onicotecnica. Le ho fatto presente più volte che le unghie mi bruciavano da morire (anche prima di entrare in lampada) tanto da non fargli nemmeno mettere l’olio per le cuticole, non ha aperto bocca a riguardo. Per finire, c’è un cartello dietro la postazione unghie che dice “dopo la terza unghia ricostruita al ritocco si aggiunge un costo di 2,50€ ad unghia”..io ne avevo 2 saltate e le ho comunque pagate. Mai più, andate da professionisti..

Not to mention the way she used the cutter and the file, the delicacy of an elephant in a glassware (she caused me two injuries and she didn't even apologize, on the contrary, complete indifference). This is not a service and this is not a nail technician. I pointed out several times that my nails burned to death (even before going into the lamp) so much that he didn't even put oil on his cuticles, he didn't say anything about it. Finally, there is a sign behind the nail station that says "after the third nail reconstructed, the retouching adds a cost of € 2.50 per nail" .. I had 2 skipped and I paid for them anyway. Never again, go to the pros ..
