Tornata a casa li ho aperti per applicarli su espositore e mi sono ritrovata un pennello dei gel in offerta completamente inutilizzabile, torno al centro con scontrino e gel per il cambio e la risposta é stata no.
I prodotti in offerta sono tali xké difettosi ecc, ma qst non mi é stato detto ovviamente prima di comprarlo.
Inoltre scontrino non valido, ho pagato 65€ e l'importo é pari a 0!
Quindi voto alla professionalita e serieta 0!
Di sicuro non rimetteró piu piede in questo negozio!
I bought some color gels, on offer and not, for a total of 65 €.
Back home I opened them to apply them on the display and I found myself a brush of the gels on offer completely unusable, I go back to the center with the receipt and the gel for the change and the answer was no.
The products on offer are such defective xké etc, but I was obviously not told this before buying it.
Also invalid receipt, I paid € 65 and the amount is 0!
So I vote for professionalism and seriousness 0!
For sure I will never set foot in this shop again!
