Personale molto gentile, simpatico ed accogliente, inoltre sono molto disponibili. Rapporto qualità prezzo più che elevato, consiglio vivamente a tutti di provare. Very nice place, I have been taking my dog to be washed and shorn for almost 3 years now. Very kind, friendly and welcoming staff, they are also very helpful. l	lara Mercatali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo negozio potrebbe chiudere per me !un ladrocinio !Sono stata per la prima volta in questa toilette a meta ' febbraio e ho ripreso la mia barboncina a cui avevo chiesto e condiviso di far fare un taglio ultra comodo, visto che avrebbe dovuto partorire a breve... ...ho avuto una bruttissima sorpresa dopo che avevamo parlato del prezzo con la collega e che mi avrebbe dovuto chiamare per qualsiasi cosa ...quando sono andata a riprenderla ...le avevo ben spiegato che x quel taglio mi bastava 2h di lavoro visto che doveva solo essere fatta pratica per il parto e nn pretendevo chissà quale chio...mi hanno chiesto alla fine come se nulla fosse la somma di ben 90 euro!!!Per un taglio cui io ho sempre speso non più di 55 euro in 6anni che ha...e che ho portato la barboncina alla stessa misura e lunghezza consueta! ... e senza neanche chiamarmi visto che avevo detto loro di avvertirmi per qualsiasi cosa ..Sbalordita ..ho chiesto informazioni anche al Re delle toilettature in Firenze, porta romana di cui nn dico il nome ...che è come andare da Aldo Coppola ...ed è rimasto esterrefatto anche lui ! non si fa cosi: negozio e personale incompetente e non professionale Sconsigliatissimo !! delusione allucinante. Risposta a vs messaggio del 11/6/'21: ...Vi dissi anche che doveva partorire a breve e che bastava un taglio comodo. Il cane era come tutte le altre volte cui ho fatto tagliare il pelo in 6anni e come l'ho portato dopo il parto e l' allattamento da toilette Piero, il mese scorso, ( il signore delle toilette a Firenze) e mi hanno preso quasi la metà di quanto mi avete preso voi! 55e contro le vostre 90. il taglio era identico se nn migliore . Tutte le volte che ho portato il mio Jack Russell sono sempre rimasta soddisfatta del risultato, il migliore che abbia ricevuto. Rapporto qualità prezzo più che buono, quando un lavoro è fatto bene si vede la differenza. Consigliatissimo! Great dog grooming shop. The staff is helpful and welcoming and above all professional.
