★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato una ceretta presso questo centro pur non conoscendolo.Allora la ragazza Roberta che mi ha fatto la ceretta molto brava ed educata nel suo lavoro nulla da dire, ma la ragazza bionda (credo la proprietaria) non ha per nulla rispetto per le clienti, è entrata ben 3 volte nella sala dove facevo la ceretta incintando la sua collaboratrice di fare presto mettendo ansia anche a me. Alla fine una ceretta completa è durata meno di un ora ma non è stato per nulla rilassante. E credo che non sia normale che una cliente, dove paga , essere trattata così. Dall estetista si va anche x rilassarsi un po
I booked a waxing at this center even though I didn't know it. Then the girl Roberta who waxed me very good and polite in her work nothing to say, but the blonde girl (I think the owner) has no respect for the customers at all, she entered 3 times in the room where I was doing the waxing, making her collaborator do it quickly, making me anxious too. In the end, a full wax lasted less than an hour but was not relaxing at all. And I think it's not normal for a client, where she pays, to be treated like this. You can also go to the beautician to relax a bit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un centro di questo tipo dovrebbe chiudere. Sporco al limite del controllo ASL, poca attenzione al cliente (l'operatrice continuava a consultare il cellulare) e eccessivamente caro rispetto alla qualità del servizio. Assolutamente sconsigliato.
Such a center should close. Dirty to the limit of the ASL control, little attention to the customer (the operator continued to consult the mobile phone) and excessively expensive compared to the quality of the service. Absolutely not recommended.
