b	barbara cavallaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo appuntamento alle 15 per un trattamento omaggio, sono arrivata alle 14.45, sono stata invitata a rimanere fuori con il vento gelido, sono andata a bere un caffè in un bar vicino. Alle 15.57 ricitofono, mi viene risposto in malo modo di rimanere fuori fino all'uscita della precedente cliente. Alle 15 e qualche minuto ricitofono, vengo accolta malissimo e mi viene dato della maleducata. Me ne vado senza usufruire del trattamento. Per fortuna che hanno bisogno di lavorare, persona davvero poco piacevole e sgarbata. I had an appointment at 3 pm for a free treatment, I arrived at 2:45 pm, I was invited to stay outside in the freezing wind, I went for a coffee in a nearby bar. At 15.57 on the intercom, I was told in a bad way to stay out until the previous customer left. At 15 and a few minutes on the intercom, I am received very badly and I am called rude. I leave without using the treatment. Luckily they need to work, really unpleasant and rude person.

Davvero una persona poco professionale, sicuramente i clienti anziché accoglierli con gentilezza li fa scappare! I was in this place a couple of weeks ago, but I didn't get the free treatment as the person who was following me introduced himself in a rude and annoyed way just because I arrived a little earlier than the time and according to her I am been nagging. Really an unprofessional person, surely the customers rather than welcoming them with kindness makes them run away!
