A mio avviso, tuttavia, la nuova piattaforma privilegia gli aspetti "social", con i link ai vari blog, condivisioni facebook, e via dicendo, a scapito di quegli elementi più pratici. Il dover interagire con il vostro personale (peraltro sempre gentilissimo) per cancellare o aggiornare preventivi, mi produce regolarmente ritardi di uno o due giorni sugli ordini. Personalmente preferirei un'interazione più rapida e professionale (come quella del vecchio sito) in luogo di una grafica accattivante ma, almeno ai miei fini, poco pratica. Essendo un fiore all'occhiello per l'imprenditoria editoriale italiana, la sua forte presenza può essere rilevata anche a chilometri di distanza, e nel caso anche da remoto o al telefono. Avendo pubblicato quattro libri, negli ultimi due anni, ebbi modo di fare più ordini di stampa da cui sono affiorati valori netti come precisione, alta qualità di stampa e tanta disponibilità. Un valore aggiunto poi è il portale che BDPRINT mette a disposizione in rete che permette al cliente di effettuare un preventivo di spesa in tempo reale. Il punto di forza, a parere mio, visto che abito a 600 km di distanza, e nell’assistenza dove, oltre ad uno staff ben coordinato, si nota la presenza della Dott.ssa Sassaroli, mio punto di riferimento.
