Personale scortese e svogliato. Il loro ATM mi ha mangiato senza alcun motivo il bancomat e ho iniziato a chiamare tutti i numeri verdi e a suonare tutti i citofoni, visto che essendo solo di passaggio e dovendomene tornare a casa dall'altra parte della Toscana, avevo un po' di fretta. É venuta alla porta una signora che mi ha semplicemente detto "torni alle 14:30 perché il bancomat é temporizzato, non so che dirle" e mi ha richiuso la porta in faccia senza poter replicare. Ora, tenendo conto che comunque il bancomat é veramente temporizzato e non é di questo che mi sto lamentando, per caso vi sembra il modo di trattare una persona? Ho dovuto aspettare mezz'ora al freddo in piazza ad aspettare che qualcuno venisse fuori a ridarmi il mio bancomat di cui si sono impossessati in modo illecito. Mai apriró un conto alla banca BCC se questi sono gli standard del personale.

Rude and lazy staff. Their ATM ate me without any reason the ATM and I started to call all the toll-free numbers and to play all the intercoms, since being just passing through and having to go home to the other side of Tuscany, I was in a bit of a hurry . A lady came to the door who simply told me "come back at 2.30pm because the ATM is timed, I do not know what to say" and she closed the door in my face without being able to reply. Now, considering that the ATM is really timed and that's not what I'm complaining about, does it seem to you the way to treat a person? I had to wait half an hour in the cold in the square to wait for someone to come out to give me back my ATM which they took possession of illegally. I will never open an account with the BCC bank if these are the personnel standards.
