L' home banking non funziona quasi mai, si è costretti a resettarlo spesso, Il loro bancomat funziona a singhiozzo, non ti chiamano se hai un temporaneo scoperto dicendo che è "una cortesia". No, se ho uno scoperto, lo voglio sapere, altro che cortesia!!!
Tra l'altro, attualmente, pago un mutuo che è di 200 euro sopra la media delle altre banche e mi hanno proposto una rinegoziazione di 30 euro.
Con disappunto, perché non ho tempo e voglia da perdere, sono stata costretta a cambiare banca e a breve trasferirò il mutuo. Così mi hanno invitata a fare i signori banchieri, definendosi "solo una bottega, se trova di meglio, buon per lei." Si, ho trovato di meglio. Ora sia bancomat che banking funzionano benissimo.
In un mercato che diventa sempre più flessibile, dove è indispensabile fidelizzare il cliente, il loro modus operandi non è certamente vincente.
