★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho provato a comprare una serratura a novembre del 2020 e oggi, a quattro mesi di distanza e dopo numerosi tentativi di contatto tramite e-mail e telefono, hanno finalmente risposto dicendo solo di spettare ancora. Ormai penso sia solo una truffa e di aver buttato via soldi.
I tried to buy a lock in November 2020 and today, four months later and after numerous attempts to contact by email and phone, they finally replied only saying they are still waiting. By now I think it's just a scam and that I have wasted money.

Chiamo al numero e scrivo varie mail e messaggi nel sito e non ho nessuna risposta da parte di nessuno. Ritengo che sia una società poco seria. E visto che ho pagato in anticipo l'ordine, pretendo una risposta di che fine ha fatto il mio ordine. Veramente serietà uguale a zero. Può passare il non rispondere al telefono ma non rispondere ai vari messaggi e mail che ho lasciato no eh! Se continuano a non rispondere finiremo con il denunciare la società.

In seguito ad ordine di una maniglia stile antico confermata disponibile telefonicamente non ho ricevuto nulla. Dopo molti solleciti via mail e telefonici a cui seguivano risposte evasive non è più stato possibile contattarli. Fortunatamente avevo effettuato pagamento con PAYAPAL ed ho ottenuto il rimborso dei 60 euro spesi per non ricevere nulla. L'ordine era stato effettuato il 3 febbraio con consegna prevista in una settimana. Fornitore da dimenticare.
I am forced to put 1 star when less 5 stars would be needed. Absolutely unreliable and not very serious. Following an order for a confirmed antique style handle available by telephone, I have not received anything. After many reminders via e-mail and telephone followed by evasive replies, it was no longer possible to contact them. Fortunately I had paid with PAYAPAL and I got a refund of the 60 euros spent for not receiving anything. The order was placed on February 3rd with delivery expected in one week. Supplier to forget.
