★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo ho avuto a che fare anche se solo marginalmente con questo pseudo professionista grazie al quale mi ritrovo ad aver acquistato una casa da ristrutturare parzialmente senza la possibilità di farlo legalmente . Mi spiego meglio nel giugno dello scorso anno siamo andati a compromesso per l'acquisto di una casa sulle colline di Tabiano con l'intento di andare a rogito dopo un mesetto cosa che non siamo riusciti a fare se non a fine ottobre perché il geometra bazzoni alessandro non ci forniva i documenti necessari motivato da un infinita' di scuse (probabilmente vacanze) . Finalmente a fine ottobre andiamo a rogito e sembrava tutto a posto ,sembrava perché quando ad aprile di quest'anno abbiamo cercato di aprire una pratica di ristrutturazione presso l'ufficio tecnico di Salsomaggiore ci siamo sentiti rispondere che tutti i lavori di ristrutturazione fatti precedentemente al nostro acquisto erano abusivi e che non era mai stato chiesto il permesso di apertura lavori a questo ufficio e per questo anche a noi non lo concedevano. Da notare che il suddetto professionista ha fornito documentazione chiaramente falsa per poter far sì che l'immobile potesse essere messo in vendita in quanto i documenti catastali sembravano regolari ,raggirando così notaio, perito della banca,banca stessa e quindi noi .
Ora è vero che ci perderemo parecchi soldi ma almeno con questa recensione spero di aiutare tutti coloro che dovessero imbattersi in questo disonesto che non merita di continuare a lavorare almeno come geometra
Unfortunately I have had to deal even if only marginally with this pseudo professional thanks to whom I find myself having bought a house to be partially restored without the possibility of doing it legally. Let me explain better in June of last year we compromised for the purchase of a house in the hills of Tabiano with the intention of going to the deed after a month or so, which we were unable to do until the end of October because the surveyor bazzoni Alessandro did not provide us with the necessary documents motivated by an infinite number of excuses (probably holidays). Finally at the end of October we go to the deed and everything seemed fine, it seemed because when in April of this year we tried to open a restructuring procedure at the Salsomaggiore technical office we were told that all the renovations carried out previously to the our purchase were abusive and that the permission to open works at this office had never been requested and for this reason they did not grant it to us either. It should be noted that the aforementioned professional provided clearly false documentation in order to ensure that the property could be put up for sale as the cadastral documents seemed regular, thus deceiving the notary, the bank's expert, the bank itself and therefore us.
Now it is true that we will lose a lot of money but at least with this review I hope to help all those who come across this dishonest who does not deserve to continue working at least as a surveyor
