Il primo è l'igiene. Questo è in assoluto il posto più pulito nel quale io abbia mai mangiato un gelato. E il bagno...poi...assolutamente esemplare. Profumato , igienicamente impeccabile. Il secondo aspetto riguarda il garbo. Persone disponibili, gentili, e non boriose. Insomma...una professionalità niente male. Andateci. Ci tornerete volentieri... Non mi sento di definirla simpaticissima, come giudicata da altri recensori. Forse gentile si, ma una gentilezza di maniera che trapela a denti stretti. Per quanto riguarda i prezzi, decisamente elevati rispetto alla qualità che non mi pare eccelsa. Baunilha può andar bene per molti, ma non per tutti e quei molti sono decisamente di bocca buona The owner is quite opinionated and perhaps even a little pretentious towards customers ... Poca scelta per chi, come me, deve mangiare senza glutine. Ho apprezzato molto i dolci con pasta di mandorla. Spremuta fatta sul momento. Sicuramente la qualitá della materia prima è ottima. Prezzi sopra la media. Small, friendly and very clean environment. Ideal coffee shop for a not too demanding breakfast. Little choice for those who, like me, have to eat gluten-free. I enjoyed the desserts with almond paste. Freshly squeezed juice. Certainly the quality of the raw material is excellent. Prices above average.

Non avevo fin da subito compreso quanta passione e quante capacità possedesse questa ragazza dalle mani magiche. Poi ho iniziato a seguire la sua pagina Instagram e ne sono rimasto affascinato. Oggi, appena posso, faccio un salto da Baunihla per deliziare i miei sensi. Allego le foto, perchè già a vederle, le sue creazioni fanno innamorare. 5 stelle e 5 cuori <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 alla fantastica Stefania. I got to know Stefania and her creations through @la_locanda_dei_feudi, but our real link was @ingordo_official. Chiediamo due delle tre brioche rimaste e ci accomodiamo fuori in attesa. Nel frattempo, entrano altri clienti e dopo un minuto la proprietaria esce e ci informa che è rimasta una sola brioche blaterando qualcosa sui nuovi clienti. Ci offre la possibilità di prendere la brioche rimasta e una fetta di panettone. Ce ne andiamo ovviamente. Non ci si aspetta un simile comportamento da nessun commerciante, specialmente da una signora di una certa età. Comportamento offensivo. We go on 23/12 at 9:45 for breakfast.
