I don't recommend taking your dog to a place where they can't always keep an eye on it, with so many dogs, I found my dog very thin and weak, and when I called they told me that he was fine and it wasn't true.
M	Massimiliano Boschetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessimo, mentre ero fuori città ho telefonato chiedendo notizie del mio cane e mi ha detto di si; 5 minuti dopo mi ha chiamato chiedendomi: "qual'è il tuo cane?quello bianco o nero??". sono andato a pagare e siccome non aveva il resto ho fatto 5 km di campagna per trovare un qualcuno che mi scambiasse le banconote. ho chiamato per disdire il secondo periodo di "vacanza" del cane e non si era segnato il mio arrivo. bad, while I was out of town I phoned asking about my dog and he said yes; 5 minutes later he called me asking "which is your dog? The black or white one ??". I went to pay and since he didn't have the rest I did 5 km of countryside to find someone to exchange banknotes. I called to cancel the second period of "vacation" of the dog and my arrival had not been marked.

Parto da Milano ed una volta arrivato alle ore 12.00 in questa pensione sperduta dopo 2 ore di viaggio ed una giornata già programmata, il gentile Signore ci accoglie continuando a parlare al telefono per i fatti suoi come se nulla fosse ( ma sorvoliamo) lasciamo il cane e nella sua area nemmeno un goccio d acqua nella ciotola !! Subito dopo mi dice che lo ha chiamato il dottore e quindi deve chiudere 2 ore prima e che vuole 20 € per tenerlo fino alle 18.00 !!! Giornata buttata via !! La gente va avvisata in tempo e non una volta arrivati sul posto che non avete tempo per fare il vostro lavoro!!! Vergogna lo sconsiglio a tutti!! If I could give zero I would do it! Proprio gli scocciava parlare. Voleva prendere la prenotazione a distanza di un mese a memoria..... bbaaa!!!! Una cosa mi ha detto chiaramente ..... che il prezzo è di €30,00...... professionalità zero tagliato Over the phone an uneducated person, I do not imagine how it can be with our dogs. Ci ha risposto che non ce nessun problema e di chiamare il giorno prima per metterci d'accordo per l'orario . Abbiamo chiamato oggi per conferma e ci ha risposto che non ci prende il cane perche troppo piccolo !!! Adesso ci troviamo in viaggio senza la possibilità di fare quello che avevamo programmato !!! La serietà di questo posto è pari allo 0 !! Sconsigliatissimo !!! We called two weeks ago to reserve a seat for our shih-tzu.
