β β β β β Well organized dog friedly beach. Would you buy a ticket for the whole week, you will receive maybe also a rabatt + surprise packet. Normaly you will receive also some snack for your 4-leg friend. We were in the VIP zone and it was perfect, separate just for you and for your dog.
Special notice: Nobody have checked the antiparasitic collar, nobody asked for a vaccination, and there were a lot of dogs (also some big dogs) walking or playing with the owner in the water whitout dog-lead. They were free. Nothing bad is happened, but maybe it could be a problem for someone. I thing, the rules are just on the paper, if it is good or bad, I dont know. We have a small dog and it was fine.
We can recommend this beach!

β β β β β Did not get any response via email regarding the spot and possible reservation. Was totally dissaponted, sooo we used public beach every early morning and had no problems. I wish I could use bau bau but... Can't book anything...

β β β β β We enjoyed our afternoon here with our dogs! It was a fantastic feeling to have the dogs with us swimming in the sea!!!
There are showers for dogs and for people, there are also tons of sunbeds, dogs can enjoy being with their people!

β β β β β We spent 4 days at the bau bau beach.
The staff was really friendly (except for one lady, she acted a little bit unmotivated and unfriendly)
The app isn't working so well (the english translation is terrible), so we accidently booked 2 extra sunbeds - it was not possible to cancel the reservation.
You should mention, that the VIP Area isn't the fenced one.
The dogs were all really friendly and had enough space to swim and play. The beach was perfectly clean and we had the feeling, that the lifeguard really loves his job!
Except for the few little negative points, it was an amazing holiday! We are definitely coming back.
