Per Me Battistini è un'ottima macelleria!!!
The Porchetta di Battistini is in my personal opinion, excellent and in any case I do not think it is correct to judge a historical butcher shop managed by enthusiasts only for a product, so I totally disagree with the previous low opinions of the previous voters. For Me Battistini is an excellent butcher !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi aspettavo di più dalla rinomata porchetta, chi la taglia abbonda(ne ho chiesti 500gr. e sono diventati 650) e lo scarto è davvero alto! Un 40% va a finire nel pattume tra grasso e parti salatissime. Di buono c'è solo la parte centrale.
Mi dispiace, ma ci sono diverse alternative migliori
I expected more from the famous porchetta, some the size abounds (I wondered 500gr. And have become 650) and the gap is really high! A 40% ends up in the trash between fat and very salty parts. Only the central part is good.
I'm sorry, but there are several better alternatives

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono andato questa mattina per la prima volta. Posto molto famoso per la qualità dei suoi prodotti. Invece sono rimasto molto deluso della sua porchetta. Di quella che ho preso, solo la metà l'ho dovuta buttare via. Immangiabile. Quasi tutto grasso. Pensavo come dove vado di solito che gli odori li mettesse sul prezzo. Invece ho acquistato anche quelli. La pasta fresca invece ottima. La prossima volta, però, per la porchetta ritorno dove la prendo di solito molto più magra e buona.
I went there this morning for the first time. Very famous place for the quality of its products. Instead I was very disappointed with his porchetta. Of what I took, only half I had to throw away. Inedible. Almost all fat. I thought like where I usually go that smells put them on the price. Instead I bought those too. Fresh pasta, on the other hand, is excellent. Next time, however, I go back to the porchetta where I usually take it much leaner and tastier.
