Pagato metà valore a marzo 2021. L'installazione è poi avvenuta ad agosto 2021. Quando è stato installato il portoncino presentava molti errori, tra i quali l'altezza della porta dei cani sbagliata, verniciatura sbavata, guarnizioni pizzicate, varie ammaccature. Abbiamo segnalato tutti i problemi. Sulle prime ci hanno detto..."Ma i cani non escano ugualmente anche se la porta è più alta?" Su nostra pressione, sono usciti e hanno smontato il portoncino. Sono tornati a montarlo dopo un mese. In questa seconda occasione hanno montato una maniglia di entrata al contrario (cioè maniglia per apertura con mano destra anzichè con mano sinistra). Alla mia nuova segnalazione mi hanno detto che quel modello di maniglia (scelto da loro) non esisteva per apertura con mano sinistra; io l'ho trovato in 5 minuti su internet... Segnalo che tutte le non conformità sono state segnalate via email. Comunque abbiamo pagato tutto il valore pattuito, senza la loro minima proposta di un ribasso. Davide
Not good experience. Ordered an entrance door specifying that we would also have to install an overhead dog door.
Paid for half value in March 2021. The installation then took place in August 2021. The door had many errors when it was installed, including the wrong height of the dog door, smudged paintwork, pinched gaskets, various dents. We have reported all issues. At first they told us ... "But don't the dogs go out anyway even if the door is higher?" At our pressure, they went out and dismantled the door. They returned to mount it after a month. On this second occasion they mounted a reverse entry handle (ie handle for opening with the right hand instead of the left hand). Upon my new report they told me that that handle model (chosen by them) did not exist for opening with the left hand; I found it in 5 minutes on the internet ... I point out that all non-conformities have been reported via email. However, we paid all the agreed value, without their slightest proposal for a discount. David
