Dovevano prepararlo dopo pochi giorni ,almeno così avevano detto, invece è passato un mese e mezzo senza ottenere nessun riscontro.
Ho chiamato quindi per correttezza, la loro risposta è stata la seguente :
la faccio richiamare dalla signora che fa i preventivi fra Mezz’ora , con la quale ha visionato il materiale e parlato in azienda.
Non ho più sentito nessuno e sono passati oltre 5 mesi.
Veramente Poca serietà nel trattare le persone, oltre alla poca scelta dei marmi.

I asked for a quote for two stairs after having viewed the material in the company.
They had to prepare it after a few days, at least so they said, but a month and a half passed without getting any feedback.
So I called to be fair, their response was as follows:
I have the lady who makes the estimates call you back in half an hour, with whom she viewed the material and talked to the company.
I haven't heard from anyone and it's been over 5 months.
Really Little seriousness in treating people, in addition to the little choice of marbles.
