Le ho mostrato la foto di una scarpa provata al punto vendita Bata di collestrada, poiché li non avevo trovato il numero che mi serviva e mi ha risposto inizialmente che non c'era e che forse lei e la sua collega insieme sarebbero riuscite a risalire al modello. Poi ho chiesto il prezzo e mi è stato risposto "è sulla scatola".
