Non è così , mantecato con scampi, essenza di timo fresco e buccia di limone con crudite posta alla fine. Non abbiamo preso altro perché era una pausa pranzo, ma non abbiamo potuto dire no al dolce, panna cotta con una "colata" di cioccolato bianco una goduria. Assolutamente da ritornare! Per provare altro proposto dal nuovo chef Komlev A presto Sublime, a fantastic risotto with prawns, you will say it should be eaten! And no! Not so, creamed with scampi, essence of fresh thyme and lemon peel with crudite placed at the end. r	rossella di gregorio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conoscevamo questo locale per la pizza buonissima, ma siamo rimasti veramente sorpresi, dalla cucina proposta dal nuovo giovane e talentuoso chef, venuto pure al tavolo per salutarci. Un piatto classico, ma rivisitato con aromi freschi, che lo ha reso eccellente. Torneremo per il menu di carne, in particolare per gustare quelle bistecche gigantesche che uscivano dalla cucina. We knew this place for its delicious pizza, but we were really surprised by the cuisine proposed by the new young and talented chef, who also came to the table to greet us. A classic dish, but revisited with fresh aromas, which made it excellent. We'll be back for the meat menu, specifically to enjoy those giant steaks that came out of the kitchen.

Cibo buonissimo e non abbiamo nemmeno aspettato tanto, dopo 15 min è arrivato l’antipasto e poco dopo le pizze. Consiglio questo luogo, non perdetevelo! Prices slightly higher than usual, wonderful staff, the friendliest I've ever seen. Very good food and we didn't even wait long, after 15 minutes the appetizer arrived and shortly after the pizzas. I recommend this place, don't miss it!

L'attesa è stata molto lunga, anche perché il locale era parecchio affollato ma, ne è valsa la pena. La mia pizza "Baccalà e patate" era molto buona, l'impasto morbido e ben lievitato, i condimenti perfettamente bilanciati. Il baccalà era cremoso, ottima sapidità non invadente e non ho trovato nessuna spina, godendomi ogni boccone. Le patate, i pomodori e le olive accompagnavano perfettamente il gusto del baccalà come nella classica ricetta della tradizione. Esperienza decisamente positiva, ne sono molto soddisfatto. My pizza "Cod and potatoes" was very good, the dough soft and well leavened, the toppings perfectly balanced. The cod was creamy, excellent non-invasive flavor and I could not find any thorns, enjoying every bite. Potatoes, tomatoes and olives perfectly accompanied the taste of cod as in the classic traditional recipe. Definitely positive experience, I am very satisfied with it.

Peccato non averla assaggiata. They satisfied us in everything. In addition to the excellent appetizers, we drank an excellent Firriato white wine. Even the scent of the square was inviting ...
