★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente Basko da molti anni ma questa mattina ho avuto una spiacevole esperienza.... quando sono entrata a l interno del supermercato non c era nessun cartello che diceva che il bancomat non funziona... arrivata alla cassa mi viene detto che questo non funziona in modo molto maleducato e scortese...ma cosa peggiore mi è stato chiesto di mettere nuovamente tutta la spesa al suo posto... inaccettabile...il mio lavoro é un altro...io ho riposizionato la spesa perché rispetto il lavoro ma con questo non vuol dire che la maleducazione dei vostri dipendenti sia accettabile... avrei il piacere di parlare con il responsabile di filiale... perché questo disguido è veramente brutto.
La maleducazione e strafottenza non è ammissibile ..
I have been a Basko customer for many years but this morning I had an unpleasant experience .... when I entered the supermarket there was no sign saying that the ATM does not work ... when I arrived at the cashier I was told that this does not work in a very rude and rude way ... but worst thing I was asked to put all the shopping back in its place ... unacceptable ... my job is another ... I have repositioned the expense because I respect the job but this does not mean that the rudeness of your employees is acceptable ... I would have the pleasure of speaking with the branch manager ... because this mix-up is really bad.
Rudeness and arrogance is not admissible ..

I lavoratori all'interno cordiali e disponibili, trovo proprio nei lavoratori il punto di forza del locale perché fare la spesa é già di per se un impegno alle volte gravoso ma avere una serie di impiegati che mettono il rapporto umano con il cliente é una marcia in più. Le classiche due parole o la sola assistenza con il rossi sono alla genovese é apprezzato perché da quella giusta gestione del rapporto che é tanto cara al mugugnoso popolo ligure
Small market but with a nice fresh meat counter. Well organized and clean. The workers inside are friendly and helpful, I find in the workers the strong point of the place because shopping is already in itself a sometimes burdensome commitment but having a series of employees who put the human relationship with the customer is a march more. The classic two words or the only assistance with the reds are Genoese style is appreciated because from the right management of the relationship that is so dear to the grumbling Ligurian people
