★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'interno è armonioso, a tre navate, con cupole affrescate ma niente che mi abbia particolarmente colpito tranne per il monumentale organo che mi è piaciuto assai. L'esterno, a parte il portale in pietra, è in laterizio grezzo, senza nessun ornato.
The interior is harmonious, with three naves, with frescoed domes but nothing that has particularly struck me except for the monumental organ that I liked very much. The exterior, apart from the stone portal, is in rough brick, with no ornamentation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La basilica è imponente e molto affascinante anche se un po' spoglia. Tuttavia avrebbe bisogno di qualche restauro, ad esempio i fari in cima alle volte non sono molto belli esteticamente. Bellissimo il campanile (ricostruito dopo la guerra) con il concerto di 8 campane, l'unico nella provincia con tutta la scala musicale.
The basilica is impressive and very fascinating even if a little bare. However it needs some restoration, for example the headlights at the top are sometimes not very nice. The bell tower (rebuilt after the war) with the concert of 8 bells is beautiful, the only one in the province with all the musical scale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una chiesa molto suggestiva posta nel cuore di Fano. La facciata è quella che caratterizza quasi tutte le chiese della città, cioè è semplice, non è nulla di spettacolare. Il tetto è a salienti. Internamente è divisa in tre navate, spartite da archi a tutto sesto, sorretti da capitelli compositi. La cosa che colpisce molto in questa chiesa è il fatto di avere una cupola totalmente decorata. Inoltre, è interessante vedere, come il colore della semicupola dell'abside (quale totalmente affrescata pure quella), si relazioni perfettamente a quella della cupola. A fianco dell'altare, vi sono due cappelle, le quali risultano di stili opposti: quella di sinistra è in stile barocco/rococò; mentre quella di destra è in stile classico, stile molto essenziale. È d'obbligo la visita.

-feriali: 6:45-12:30 / 15:30-20:00
-festivi: 7:30-12:30 /15:30-20:00
A very suggestive church located in the heart of Fano. The facade is the one that characterizes almost all the churches in the city, that is, it is simple, it is nothing spectacular. The roof is salient. Internally it is divided into three naves, divided by round arches, supported by composite capitals. The most striking thing about this church is the fact that it has a fully decorated dome. Furthermore, it is interesting to see how the color of the half-dome of the apse (which is also totally frescoed), is perfectly related to that of the dome. Next to the altar, there are two chapels, which are of opposite styles: the one on the left is in Baroque / Rococo style; while the one on the right is classic, very essential style. The visit is a must.
