Ieri mentre passavo davanti ho visto delle scarpe in vetrina che ero seriamente decisa ad acquistare e perciò sono entrata tutta contenta per provarle. Non ho fatto in tempo a mettere tutte e due i piedi nel negozio che la commessa ha iniziato ad agitarsi e dirmi:"No no no no. ...!" Io, dopo un attimo di confusione, ho pensato"Ma ce l'ha con me?" e poi tutto chiaro....mi stava vietando di entrare perché in mia compagnia c'era la mia cagnolina di razza shihtzu, piccolina, molto tranquilla, di 8 anni. Sono semplicemente scoppiata a ridere e me ne sono andata volentieri... Semplicemente INCOMMENTABILI...molto molto indietro. Mai più, anche senza cane. In the past I have often bought in this shop. Yesterday as I passed by I saw some shoes in the window that I was seriously determined to buy and therefore I went in all happy to try them on. I didn't have time to put both feet in the shop when the saleswoman started to get upset and tell me: "No no no no. ...!" I, after a moment of confusion, I thought "Are you angry with me?" and then all clear .... he was forbidding me to enter because in my company there was my dog of the shihtzu breed, small, very quiet, 8 years old. I just burst out laughing and gladly left ... Simply INCOMMENTABLE ... far, far behind. Never again, even without a dog.

Da boicottare, ci sono tutti gli altri negozi sul corso. Nel 2021 questi divieti fanno ridere. We wanted to enter but dogs are not allowed ... too bad, if he does not enter he does not even enter my money. To boycott, there are all the other shops on the course. In 2021 these bans are funny.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ci torneremo. I've already been there 2 times with my 16 year old son (what patience !!!) but they have always been able to intercept his tastes. Excellent value for money. We will be back.

Ho riportato al negozio maglione e scontrino che attestava l'acquisto alla settimana precedente ma mi è stato detto che non era possibile sostituirlo/renderlo perché privo di etichetta: ho fatto notare che non volevo cambiare taglia o colore, ma che il maglione non era più indossabile dopo un solo utilizzo: mi è stato risposto che è la legge dei grandi numeri e che qualcosa ogni tanto va storto: un altro commesso presente, con tono arrogante (tant'è che é stato poi allontanato dal collega) mi ha invitato a contattare direttamente la ditta produttrice del maglione e non loro: fatto anche questo, ma credo di essermi scontrata con il peggior customer service che io abbia mai visto: e tutto questo per 2 maglioni da €25 cad. che a me non cambieranno la vita, ma credo che non l'avrebbero cambiata neanche a loro. Pessimo servizio. I bought 2 sweaters of which one, used ONLY ONCE, is so damaged that it is unusable. I brought the sweater and receipt back to the shop certifying the purchase the previous week but I was told that it was not possible to replace / return it because it had no label: I pointed out that I did not want to change size or color, but that the sweater was no longer wearable after a single use: I was told that it is the law of large numbers and that sometimes something goes wrong: another salesman present, with an arrogant tone (so much so that he was then dismissed by his colleague) invited me to contact directly the manufacturer of the sweater and not them: I did this too, but I think I ran into the worst customer service I've ever seen: and all this for 2 sweaters of € 25 each. that they won't change my life, but I don't think they would have changed them either. Bad service.

Mi sa tanto che non hanno bisogno di clienti beati loro......poteva almen ninvitarci a bere il caffè ? We went in to buy a jacket and the clerk inside took and went out for a coffee. I know so much that they don't need happy customers ... they could at least invite us to drink coffee ?
