A pochi minuti di vaporetto da Venezia, approdi all'isola di Sant'Erasmo, un luogo lontano dal rumore, circondato da orti, vigne, piccoli canali, case basse con giardini curati. In questa piccola isola c'è l'agriturismo Basegò, i cui proprietari ti ospitano con passione e grande gentilezza

è difficile trovare le parole per esprimere quello che ho provato, soggiornando a Basegò... un luogo che conoscevo virtualmente e che ha contribuito a rendere la mia prima volta a Venezia un sogno ad occhi aperti! un sogno da cui è davvero difficile svegliarsi, accompagnata dal meraviglioso profumo delle erbe aromatiche di Paolo. Abbiamo trascorso tre notti a Sant'Erasmo, in un luogo concepito e realizzato per accogliere non clienti, ma OSPITI... ospiti che soggiornano in stanze curate nei minimi dettagli, confortevoli, pulitissime; ospiti che vengono ogni mattina viziati dalle meravigliose colazioni preparate da Doretta, che spazia dal dolce al salato con una bravura assoluta (il tiramisù è poesia, la pannacotta strepitosa, lo yogurt freschissimo preparato da lei, i biscotti, le sfogliatine, le omelette, i toast); ospiti che vengono coccolati dalla simpatia e dal garbo di Paolo e Doretta, con cui è un piacere scambiare due chiacchiere; ospiti rapiti dalla magia del giardino, con il bellissimo albero di giuggiole protagonista assoluto

Delizioso agriturismo al centro dell’isola di Sant’Erasmo , l’orto di Venezia. Struttura recentemente ristrutturata con estremo buongusto ed attenzione ai dettagli. Le stanze sono comode, ottimamente attrezzate e pulitissime. I titolari, Doretta e Paolo sono persone adorabili , molto disponibili e attenti alle necessità degli ospiti. Le colazioni sono un’esperienza paradisiaca, con preparazioni dolci e salate preparate personalmente da Doretta; dimenticatevi della dieta e godetevi ogni boccone. Appena rientrata e gia’ programmato il prossimo soggiorno. Grazie …

Ho passato il week end del 2-3 ottobre 2021 in questo bellissimo b&b. Si tratta di un vecchio casolare recentemente ristrutturato in maniera eccellente dai proprietari persone squisite. È dotato di un bel giardino e le camere sono pulitissime e curate nei minimi particolari. La colazione è servita ai tavoli e comprende dolci fatti in casa o piatti salati preparati al momento tutti buonissimi. Per gli ospiti sono messe a disposizione delle biciclette per fare il giro dell'isola cosa che consiglio assolutamente. Inoltre il proprietario ci ha fatto visitare le coltivazioni delle erbe aromatiche che produce con immensa passione. Bravi bravi bravi!!!

Doretta e Paolo sono persone attente e gentili che sanno accogliere le richieste dei clienti. Una tipologia di soggiorno lento e rilassato perfetto se siete in cerca di relax. Un po' lontano dal centro di Venezia ma in bici si raggiunge facilmente il vaporetto. Colazione dolce o salata ma io ho chiesto entrambe :)

Basegò is a hidden gem of the Venetian Lagoon! Paolo and Doreta are such lovely and caring hosts, and they really went the extra mile to make sure that I was comfortable. You can tell that they put their whole love and passion into the management of this bed & breakfast because it's their home -- they live and work on the property. I gathered that most of their guests are Italian, and in order to communicate easily with your wonderful hosts here, you should speak some Italian. I picked this place to stay because I'm a linguist and I enjoy learning new languages at every opportunity. Doreta and Paolo were incredibly patient and were happy to help me practice my Italian. They asked me on the first day what I preferred for breakfast and I received a custom, fresh cooked breakfast every morning on the lawn in front of the farmhouse. Perfection! During each day of my stay, I would ride around the island in the morning on the bike that Basegò provides for each guest, then park the bike at the vaporetto stop while I went into Venice for the day. After a long day of meeting new people in the city, I would take the vaporetto back to Sant'Erasmo and fall into my incredibly comfortable bed. The bathroom is very well equipped, and with only four rooms, this place feels very cozy and homey. Sant'Erasmo is a quiet agricultural paradise just minutes away from the bustle of Venice and her crowds. A short bike ride from the bed & breakfast will take you to a little beach with a concession stand, a free-standing wood oven pizzeria, a couple of excellent seafood places, and several incredible historic sites. I can't wait to come back and stay with this wonderful couple at their beautiful property! It was an honor!

Paolo and his family take very good care of their customer. The rooms are beautifully designed and the breakfast is very good. If you are looking for a quiet place to rest outside of Venise, this is the prefect place to go!

We enjoyed a lovely stay on the countryside which is only three boatstops away from Venice. Kind, loving people with a passion for what they do. Good breakfast with fresh herbs from their own garden: everything home made. Rooms are very modern and clean. Thank you Paolo and your wife for the great experience.
