★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you live outside Italy don’t buy from this place Base Blu they charge half the amount you paid of the purchase if you do a return. They say it’s Italian customs charge! Other stores don’t do that! Normally customs are included.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sells used merchandise and advertises them as new. Return policy includes you having to pay 30% of the value of the item in customs fees. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Terrible customer service and not at all on par with other Italian stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve bought a bag from the BASE BLU online store. I had some concerns about the bag after I received it, so I tried to contact the customer service department. I sent email to their customer service account, added messages at my order on its website, and even sent message to its official Instagram account. Unfortunately, NO ONE replied me AT ALL! Feel so disappointed and would NEVER recommend anyone to shop at this store!
