I will have walked into the shop several times over the years. Never bought anything. Always lack of availability in listening to you. I don't understand why. Then I went to shop elsewhere.

The owner, kind, patient, competent, knows how to give good advice and suggestions respecting the customer's tastes. I found myself very well. I took some appliques, which, after some time, I am still satisfied. I will DEFINITELY be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimi prodotti sia sul piano tecnico che estetico ma scarsa professionalità e preparazione sui prodotti venduti. Dopo una spesa di quasi 1000 euro per l'acquisto di 2 lampadari e un dimmer, e dopo un palese errore sull'acquisto del dimmer ( dato che non era del colore e della serie attualmente presente in casa) mi sono sentito dire che l'unico dimmer compatibile era quello che aveva lui e che era disponibile solo in colorazione bianca, se lo volevo di un colore differente lo potevo tranquillamente "colorare con un pennarello". Con un semplice controllo su internet è emerso che la colorazione della placca può essere tranquillamente cambiata ordinandone una differente, cosa che ho fatto ovviamente in maniera privata.
Excellent products both technically and aesthetically but lack of professionalism and preparation on the products sold. After spending almost 1000 euros for the purchase of 2 chandeliers and a dimmer, and after a clear error on the purchase of the dimmer (since it was not of the color and series currently present in the house) I heard that the the only compatible dimmer was the one he had and which was only available in white, if I wanted it in a different color I could easily "color it with a marker". With a simple check on the internet it emerged that the color of the plate can be easily changed by ordering a different one, which I obviously did privately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Credo sia stata la mia peggiore esperienza di acquisto in un negozio. Il proprietario è stato aggressivo e maleducato. Negozio da sconsigliare. Ho pagato in anticipo della merce di cui mi era stato assicurato l'arrivo in pochi giorni. Dopo poche ore il proprietario mi ha telefonato dicendomi che la merce non era disponibile proponendomi altra merce più costosa. Alla mia richiesta di restituzione del denaro dato che non potevo spendere di più mi ha insultata e offesa. Non è stato possibile trovare un accordo e sono stata costretta ad acquistare un'alternativa per non perdere i miei soldi. Alla fine della storia mi porto a casa 4 lampade ma rimane l'amarezza di avere avuto a che fare con una persona veramente sgradevole e cafona.
I think it was my worst shop shopping experience. The owner was aggressive and rude. Shop not recommended. I paid in advance for the goods which I was assured of arriving in a few days. After a few hours the owner phoned me and told me that the goods were not available and offered me other more expensive goods. When I asked for my money back since I couldn't spend more, he insulted and offended me. A deal could not be found and I was forced to buy an alternative so as not to lose my money. At the end of the story I take home 4 lamps but the bitterness of having had to deal with a really unpleasant and boorish person remains.
