★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good fusion sushi venue near the Duomo Square shopping district. The sushi is not traditional but flavors are on point; especially taking into account the fresh taste of their ingredients.
Plenty of menu items / specialty rolls are done Aburi style, so it is perfect for fans of the torch style Nigiri with top side caramelization. Good technique for adding that extra dash of subtle complex flavor to light tasting seafood.
Highly recommend the lobster roll as well as the surf and turf appetizer platter.
The staff are very friendly and the environment is great for a quiet low key dinner. Overall, a great semi-casual dining experience tucked amongst other business attire Michelin star restaurants scattered around town.
