V	Venicio Bianchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo sconsiglio vivamente! 10 km con carrattrezzi 180 euro e sostituzione di un pezzo di tubo di gomma totale 366 euro e volevano cambiare gli altri componenti anche se funzionanti. Incapaci di fare il vostro lavoro ! E non lo dico solo io viste le pessime recensioni. Avete lasciato la nafta sparsa sotto i sedili costringendoci a viaggiare con i finestrini aperti e dove è stato rimontato il tubo sono state lasciate viti e carta sporca di nafta! Detto questo io ho soldi da spendere ma non per gente che lavora così, anzi che non lavora! I strongly advise against it! 10 km with carratt tools 180 euros and replacement of a piece of rubber hose total 366 euros and they wanted to change the other components even if they work. A	Alessandra Fontana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proprio quest'oggi siamo rimasti in panne sull'autostrada, partiti da Milano, siamo stati velocemente aiutati da un ragazzo gentilissimo (stefano) che ci ha portato presso l'officina, abbiamo trovato accoglienza, professionalità ed umanità. Katrine, moglie del proprietario, non solo ci ha accolto col sorriso unitamente a tutto lo staff, ma ci ha dato asilo ed ospitalità nel suo giardino, parlando con noi e scherzando con i nostri due figli di neanche 10 anni, ha dato dell'acqua anche al nostro cane ed ha conversato con noi rendendo l'attesa, del nostro vicino di casa che stava arrivando da milano, meno 'fastidiosa'. il suo sorriso, la sua persona, la sua gentilezza hanno reso una giornata iniziata male migliore sotto ogni punto di vista. Nell'attesa abbiamo avuto modo di conoscere altre persone come noi rimaste bloccate, chi arrivava dalla francia, chi da altre parti e la cordialità posta in essere con tutti è stata eccezionale. Grazie di cuore katrine, non posso che lasciare una recensione entusiastica. grazie a tutti Just today we were stranded on the motorway, starting from Milan, we were quickly helped by a very kind guy (Stefano) who took us to the workshop, we found hospitality, professionalism and humanity. Katrine, wife of the owner, not only welcomed us with a smile together with all the staff, but she gave us asylum and hospitality in her garden, talking to us and joking with our two children of less than 10 years, she gave us water also to our dog and he chatted with us making the wait, of our neighbor who was coming from Milan, less 'annoying'. his smile, his person, his kindness made a bad day better from every point of view. In the meantime we got to know other people like us who were stuck, who came from France, who from other parts and the cordiality put in place with everyone was exceptional. Però il servizio in officina 1 stella e tanto mi hanno chiesto 600€ per 4 gomme... Non ho accettato e mi sono fatto portare da un vero gommista me le ha cambiate subito con stessa gomma del preventivo del baruti mi ha chiesto 320€... Ladri e aproffittatori L'unico che si salva e il ragazzo che è venuto in autostrada a prendermi. Titolare arrogante. F	Fabio Facchini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel trovarmi bloccato sulla A1 ad 8 km a sud di Piacenza mi vedo costretto a chiamare il carro attrezzi, vengo velocemente recuperato e portato nell'officina Baruti. Vengo accolto con cordialità e gentilezza, visto la giornata afosa mi hanno dato ristoro con acqua e la disponibilità di usare il bagno. inoltre ero in viaggio con il mio cane e mi hanno permesso di farlo camminare liberamente e di bere. lo staff si è messo a disposizione vista la situazione di disagio che si era venuta a creare, sono rimasto profondamente colpito dalla gentilezza e disponibilità. Abbiamo predisposto la riconsegna della macchina a Milano presso il mio meccanico di fiducia, seppur la situazione accorsa poche ore dopo ( grandinata eccezionale sulla A1 ) ha richiesto l'impegno di molti carro attrezzi della zona, la mia macchina era già presso il mio meccanico la mattina presto del giorno seguente. Non posso che ritenermi enormemente soddisfatto del servizio posto in essere, nel disagio ho trovato efficienza, cordialità ed umanità. Colgo l'occasione per ringraziare sentitamente tutto lo staff. ps. Non so se Roberto, il titolare, leggerà. davvero grazie sentitamente! I am welcomed with cordiality and kindness, given the sultry day they gave me refreshment with water and the availability to use the bathroom. also I was traveling with my dog and they allowed me to walk freely and drink. the staff made themselves available given the uncomfortable situation that had arisen, I was deeply impressed by the kindness and availability. We arranged for the car to be returned to my trusted mechanic in Milan, although the situation that occurred a few hours later (exceptional hailstorm on the A1) required the commitment of many tow trucks in the area, my car was already at my mechanic early morning of the following day. I can only consider myself enormously satisfied with the service provided, in the discomfort I found efficiency, friendliness and humanity. Abbiamo fatto circa 5 minuti di chiamata e ho sentito solo una gran maleducazione. Sconsigliato I called for information and despite the boy's arrogance I continued to be polite. C	Csilla Szmolka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT go there!!! Our car had a problem and stopped in the highway and we needed a tow car. We called them and they towed us to the workshop. After 1 hour they said they fixed the problem, but they said nothing else..what was wrong etc..so we thought they replaced the water pipe and filled the antifreeze into the tank..but after 20km the same problem came out..so we had to find a car mechanic who can fix the problem not like them..so he said they filled the cooling system with water not with antifreeze and they didn't change the water pipe. So we had to pay 660 euros for them for nothing (okay they towed us from the highway but that's all)...they take advantage of the fact that you don't have too much choices..Avoid them!!
