Il servizio post-vendita in questo negozio non esiste. A seguito di un trasloco e di un cattivo rimontaggio di una parete attrezzata acquistata tre anni prima, ho chiesto l'intervento di un loro tecnico per risolvere il problema (con dichiarata disponibilità a pagare la prestazione). Mi è stato risposto che i tecnici erano tutti impegnati fino a settembre e che l'intervento poteva avvenire dopo l'estate. In alternativa l'addetta alla vendita mi prospettava la possibilità di contattare i tecnici per eseguire privatamente l'intervento fuori dall'orario di servizio. Nonostante la sorprendente risposta, ho aderito a questa singolare proposta, fidando sul fatto che la venditrice si sarebbe occupata di consultare i tecnici. Dopo avere atteso una settimana e avere richiamato per avere notizie, ho preso atto che nessun tecnico aveva dato la sua disponibilità, cosicché ho dovuto rivolgermi a un falegname (che ha risolto il problema brillantemente). Contestualmente alla richiesta avevo peraltro acquisito il preventivo per l'acquisto di altri mobili, che, ovviamente, ho preferito acquistare altrove. In conclusione, ritengo inutile allestire uno showroom ispirato a negozi di alto livello se la gestione dei clienti e dei loro problemi post-vendita non è adeguata.
The after-sales service in this shop does not exist. Following a move and a bad reassembly of an equipped wall purchased three years earlier, I asked for the intervention of one of their technicians to solve the problem (with a declared willingness to pay for the service). I was told that the technicians were all busy until September and that the intervention could take place after the summer. Alternatively, the sales clerk offered me the possibility of contacting the technicians to privately perform the intervention outside of service hours. Despite the surprising response, I adhered to this singular proposal, trusting that the seller would take care of consulting the technicians. After waiting a week and calling back for news, I took note that no technician had given his availability, so I had to contact a carpenter (who solved the problem brilliantly). At the same time as the request, I had also acquired the quote for the purchase of other furniture, which, of course, I preferred to buy elsewhere. In conclusion, I believe it is useless to set up a showroom inspired by high-level shops if the management of customers and their after-sales problems is not adequate.

Da ormai dieci anni é il nostro punto di riferimento per qualsiasi tipo di arredamento, al punto che da clienti abbiamo avuto l'onore ed il piacere di trasformarci in amici. Tra le qualità che emergono una straordinaria capacità di problem solving che si manifesta nella soddisfazione totale e finale del cliente (detto in parole povere "si attaccano alle caviglie" dei fornitori fino a che non risolvono i problemi creati)...

Assistenza post vendita assente.... 6 anni fa ho arredato un intero appartamento da loro, ho avuto problemi con la testiera del letto come si nota in foto, li ho contattati e mi rispondono che loro non possono farci nulla perché è trascorso molto tempo.. Ora ditemi voi se la testiera deve durare così poco tempo! Dovrei acquistare altri mobili ma di certo non da loro...
No after-sales assistance .... 6 years ago I furnished an entire apartment with them, I had problems with the headboard of the bed as you can see in the photo, I contacted them and they reply that they cannot do anything about it because a lot of time has passed .. Now you tell me if the headboard should last so short! I should buy more furniture but certainly not from them ...

This company is a complete scam. Waited 8 Months for my furniture , only half of my order arrived after 6 Months and partially damaged. They don't want to give me a refund or replace the furniture. My lawyers are clarifying this now. Please never buy from the shop

After experiencing customs problems from Brexit, Bart wanted to charge me additional taxes (that I don't owe by law) and only agreed to pay after a long chain of discussion. Products arrived with a 2 month delay vs. agreed delivery date. There were no assembly instructions with them. Finally, the designs didn't fully match the pictures. I asked for a replacement of the covers (to get the exact design I bought) and they declined to replace it. Please see picture with the difference.

NEVER EVER buy from this company. They are pure scammers. They will deliver the furniture DAMAGED and will NEVER reimburse you. Thousands of euros are GONE because of these SCAMMERS!!!!
