★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprato un immobile di pregio costruito ex novo da Bartolini edilizia, venduto sa 12 pini srl ( altra societa loro in liquidazione).
L immobile presenza infiltrazioni, il costruttore fa di tutto per lavarsene le mani, costringendomi ad azione legale. Sosteneva che era un fenomeno di evaporazione dell acqua verso il basso. ( che se mai è sublimazione, praticamente impossibile che avvenga)
Ora cerca in sede legale di fare valere la prescrizione, dicendo che l infiltrazione era presente da oltre 1 anno, e che quindi è intervenuta la prescrizione. Sta facendo di tutto per non ripristinare il danno e non pagare.
Condotta altamente scorretta.
Bought a prestigious property built from scratch by Bartolini edilizia, sold to 12 pini srl (another company in liquidation of theirs).
The immovable presence of infiltrations, the builder does everything to wash his hands, forcing me to take legal action. He argued that it was a phenomenon of evaporation of water downwards. (which if ever it is sublimation, practically impossible for it to happen)
Now he tries in the legal seat to assert the prescription, saying that the infiltration had been present for over 1 year, and that therefore the prescription has intervened. He is doing everything he can to not restore the damage and not pay.
Highly misconduct.
