D	Daniele N. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatti a nomina e va curcati Barresi, via Papireto Hamburger con ingredienti errati. Avevamo ordinato 2 involtini diversi e sono arrivati uguali, senza avviso . Verdure grigliate bruciate . Patate al forno bruciate . Portate servite a 2 a 2 sui taglieri, a causa di mancanza degli stessi e conseguente ripiego su piatti di plastica (che inquinano l’ambiente). La coca con zucchero era finita, dopo poco anche la zero e quindi abbiamo ripiegato su altro. Avevamo chiesto il pane e non è mai arrivato. Nessun utilizzo della mascherina. Nonostante le nostre educate lamentele non è stato applicato nessun sconto. Una serata no capita, ma tutte queste mancanze in una volta sola non sono accettabili. Made to appoint and should be treated Barresi, via Papireto Hamburger with wrong ingredients. We had ordered 2 different rolls and they arrived the same, without notice. Burnt grilled vegetables. Burnt baked potatoes. Served 2 to 2 on the cutting boards, due to the lack of them and consequent fallback on plastic plates (which pollute the environment). The coke with sugar was finished, after a while even the zero and then we fell back on something else. We had asked for bread and it never came. No use of the mask. Despite our polite complaints, no discount was applied. An evening does not happen, but all these shortcomings at once are not acceptable.

Like the side dish you can choose between the chips or grilled vegetable. Everting is served in the paper box on the bed of green salad. It has its own style. Definitely recommend.

It’s not a touristic place, it’s more for locals who are in love with meat coming from all over the world. I had “The Cinisara” steak, pretty much 1kg (w/bone) it was super tasty, juicy and really satisfying. Burgers and Beef Rolls are super too! Highly recommended!!!!

We found a few burnt French fries in the same container. The ribeye steak was very tough to chew even though it was cooked medium. We asked for no salad and more veggies but we got all the salad instead. For the chicken filet we asked repeatedly for no cheese because of allergies and no bread but still got cheese on it, and the bread, barely any veggies. Also the food took really long to prepare even though there were only two other guests there. The service didn't really respond to our requests and anger and want very helpful, partly because they didn't speak English very well. Not a good experience, won't come back. Unfortunate because the concept isn't bad...
