E' stato puntuale solo per la consegna del preventivo e della fattura per il pagamento, per il resto mi ha rimandato il lavoro da una settimana all'altra, volendo farmi credere che avevo capito male. A lavoro iniziato (doveva essere una settimana e sono diventati dieci giorni) hanno lasciato sul posto solo l'apprendista, adducendo urgenze che poi si sono inspiegabilmente protratte. Lo spostamento dei mobili e le coperture di pavimenti e dei mobili sono stati fatti senza alcun rispetto e non sono stati rimessi a posto. I pavimenti, gli infissi, le corde delle tapparelle, ecc. sono stati lasciati macchiati. Alcuni punti sono stati letteralmente saltati ed in alcune zone non sono state corrette delle imperfezioni che vengono "orgogliosamente" evidenziate dall' illuminazione. I pavimenti poi meritano una voce a parte: hanno fatto colare prodotti chimici direttamente sul pavimento di marmo senza nessuna protezione. In conclusione: ho dovuto chiamare un altro artigiano che mi aiutasse! Ho atteso un mese per la recensione perché avrebbe dovuto presentarsi una settimana fa per un altro intervento, come si era sperticato a rassicurarmi, nonostante tutto volevo ricredermi.... non è successo.
