A	Alfredo Russo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella la location, immersa nello splendido giardino del palazzo, cortese e sorridente il personale, bar con ottima scelta di gin e alcolici ( vini, prosecchi, chamagne) e ristorante all' altezza. Noi siamo stati durante il concerto di un gruppo di amici "trio insolito" e devo dire che siamo stati proprio bene. Consigliatissimo Beautiful location, immersed in the splendid garden of the building, courteous and smiling staff, bar with an excellent choice of gins and spirits (wines, prosecco, chamagne) and restaurant at the height. We were during the concert of a group of friends "unusual trio" and I must say that we were really good. Highly recommended

Il luogo è molto bello nella sua struttura in pietra, abbiamo visto che in estate è possibile degustare le loro prelibatezze all'interno di un bellissimo frutteto. Abbiamo mangiato delle cose buonissime con dei abbinamenti molto particolari e delle rivisitazioni dei piatti tipici salentini che ci hanno molto colpito. Lo chef insieme al proprietario ci hanno portati per mano nel degustare dei piatti come detto molto buoni e impiantati con grande maestria, il tutto associato a degli ottimi vini... Per finire abbiamo chiuso la serata con dei cocktail veramente ottimi e molto particolari che non avevamo mai bevuto con quegli abbinamenti. Il sevizio è stato attento e ottimale...il prezzo è proporzionale alla qualità del cibo e del servizio Ripeto, è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa. Appena potremo ci ripasseremo di sicuro.. Straconsigliato Finding such a pearl in a small town in Salento was truly a surprise. The place is very beautiful in its stone structure, we have seen that in summer it is possible to taste their delicacies in a beautiful orchard. We ate some very good things with very particular combinations and reinterpretations of the typical Salento dishes that impressed us very much. The chef together with the owner led us by the hand in tasting the dishes as mentioned very good and implanted with great skill, all associated with excellent wines ... Finally we closed the evening with really excellent and very particular cocktails that do not we had never drunk with those pairings. The service was attentive and optimal ... the price is proportional to the quality of the food and the service Again, it was a very pleasant surprise. As soon as we can we will come back for sure .. Sensory experience but above all unique visual. Wonderful location and aperitif with a very high level cutting board. Absolutely to be experienced.

Unfortunately terrible service, I was with a group of friends and we were let wait for our order for 45minutes before deciding to leave. When told the owner he candidly admitted that our order had gone lost. Unacceptable considering that there were only three tables!
