Dopo essere stata truffata da un loro venditore, che chiamando in ditta scopro non lavorare più da loro, una certa Lia si scusa più volte per l'accaduto e mi assicura di inviarmi uno dei pezzi rotti. Dopo mesi e mesi richiamo e mi risponde sempre Lia e in maniera molto maleducata mi dice dapprima non ricordarsi assolutamente dell'accaduto, ma poi nel corso della telefonata cambia più volte versione dicendo che non mi era stato inviato il pezzo perché non avevo effettuato un nuovo ordine. Alla fine della fiera ho richiamato nuovamente e naturalmente non ha risposto più colei con cui ho sempre parlato e alla richiesta di parlare con Lia dapprima riattaccano e poi mi dicono che mi avrebbe richiamato al più presto. Oggi dopo una settimana Lia è scomparsa e nonostante la colpa fosse loro, non hanno mai risolto il mio problema. I put a star because it is impossible to put 0.
