Abbiamo telefonato per conoscere il prezzo di una duplicazione di chiave, specificando dettagliatamente il tipo di chiave (protetta con card per la duplicazione) oltre che la marca ed il tipo di serratura, quando però, il giorno dopo, abbiamo mandato nostro figlio per effettuare detta duplicazione, hanno chiesto oltre il 50% in più rispetto al prezzo comunicatoci telefonicamente.
Richiamati per chiedere spiegazioni, non sapendo giustificarsi e tentando di arrampicarsi sugli specchi, ci hanno maleducatamente sbattuto il telefono in faccia! Vergogna!!!
