A volte confusionaria nella gestione non ordinaria e troppo logorroica fino a degenerare nel pettegolezzo con alcuni condomini e questo non è professionale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Logorroica e confusionaria. Chiedete Informazioni ai condomìni dove presta servizio per avere più informazioni dirette. Se avete bisogno di una gestione semplice e siete disposti ad assorbirvi riunioni condominiali della durata di quasi 3 ore e mezza per 4 banalità e tante chiacchiere inutili, bene. Se avete bisogno di una gestione soggetta a fatti straordinari o se il condominio è incline a dispute interne, lasciate perdere. SCONSIGLIATA!
Worn and confusing. Ask for information from condominiums where they serve for more direct information. Usa esclusimamente il cartaceo per le comunicazioni quando sarebbe più efficiente usare PEC, mail o whatsapp. Non sempre è reperibile in ufficio (sempre meglio telefonare prima). Nella lettera di convocazione assemblea non viene consegnata la copia del registro di contabilità ordinaria e a richiederla sembra le dia fastidio. Se potete, evitate. Sconsigliata
