Lo staff che ci ha seguito nell’ultima visita, dove abbiamo speso più di 600 euro , non ci ha soddisfatto nel confezionare il pacchetto del regalo dicendo di non avere ne le etichette ne i nastri Barbour per completarlo. Alcuni giorni dopo nello store di Padova abbiamo acquistato spendendo molto di meno e il pacchetto era fatto ad hoc. Consiglio maggior cura nei dettagli per una esperienza di shopping totale. Questo non vuol dire che il personale dello store di Bologna sia stato poco professionale, solo mi pare un po’ sbrigativo.
Nothing to say about the brand and the shop since we have been shopping for years when we come from Padua for the same day.
The staff who followed us on our last visit, where we spent more than 600 euros, did not satisfy us in packaging the gift package, saying that they did not have the labels or the Barbour ribbons to complete it. A few days later in the Padua store we bought spending much less and the package was made ad hoc. I recommend greater attention to detail for a total shopping experience. This does not mean that the staff of the Bologna store was unprofessional, it just seems a bit hasty to me.
