C	Cristina d'eredità on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto una tinta con dei ciuffi viola, il costo piuttosto alto 118 e (compresi di taglio e messa in piega), sono stata soddisfatta lì per lì, ma a distanza di appena 10 giorni il colore si è completamente scaricato - nonostante il periodo estivo in questo frangente non sono neanche andata a mare, quindi lavaggio dei capelli normale bisettimanale - lasciando solo pochi riflessi magenta e il resto un colore ramato informe. Sono andata dalla signora per far presente la cosa, che ha accampato scuse approssimative dicendomi che per lei la tinta c'era e se volevo rifarla, sempre a mio carico, sarei stata libera di farlo! Scarsa attenzione al cliente, scarsa trasparenza sulla durata effettiva dei trattamenti profumatamente corrisposti. I made a tint with purple tufts, the cost was quite high 118 and (including cutting and styling), I was satisfied there and there, but after just 10 days the color completely faded - despite the summer at this juncture I didn't even go overboard, so I wash my hair twice a week - leaving only a few magenta highlights and the rest a shapeless coppery color. I went to the lady to point this out, who made rough apologies saying that there was a tint for her and if I wanted to do it again, always against me, I would have been free to do it! Poor customer care, poor transparency on the effective duration of the handsomely paid treatments.

Personale molto carino e gentile, titolare per niente professionale, se si sbaglia non devi far ripagare, o comunque pagaremolto meno. Unwatchable dye result. New treatment with streaks, nothing special, other payment, total 55 plus 70 with orange growth hair. Very nice and kind staff, the owner is not professional at all, if you make a mistake you don't have to pay back, or in any case pay much less.
