La goccia che ha fatto traboccare il vaso è stata che eravamo in due (clienti) in attesa al bancone, almeno tre persone a servire, ma non una che ci avesse rivolto la parola. Se ne stavano a chiacchierare per i fatti loro, a metri di distanza, pur accorgendosi che ci fosse gente al banco in attesa. Il signore che era prima di me se ne andato, e dopo un poco anche io. Ho notato che la cosa è peggiorata dopo che si sono trasferiti nella nuova sede operativa. Rimasto stupito che nessuno dei superiori si accorgesse del comportamento del personale. Cambiato fornitore.
Bought several times, serious company. Too bad the staff is not the same lately. The final straw was that there were two (customers) waiting at the counter, at least three people to serve, but not one who had spoken to us. They were talking about their affairs, meters away, while noticing that there were people waiting at the counter. The gentleman who was before me left, and after a while I too. I noticed that it got worse after they moved to the new headquarters. It was astonishing that none of the superiors noticed the behavior of the staff. Changed supplier.

Una dipendente con un telecomando mi ha chiuso il cancello in faccia....alle mie rimostranze sul fatto che mancavano ancora diversi minuti alla chiusura (alle 12) mi ha guardato con sufficienza e mi ha detto: "venga alle 13 e trenta". Ma i titolari si possono permettere di perdere così i clienti?
