Consiglio vivamente questo posto soprattutto perché le arti marziali sono uno sport dove ottieni disciplina, autodifesa, autocontrollo, e soprattutto responsabilitá sull'uso della forza.
Fantastic experience fabulous setting a family. Franco and Antonietta two people of heart and very generous. I highly recommend this place especially because martial arts are a sport where you get discipline, self defense, self control, and most of all responsibility on the use of force.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra a misura di famiglia, con Maestri di judo e ju jitsu di livello nazionale, con atleti di alto livello internazionale. La struttura è dotata di due sale ampie, dove è possibile frequentare anche corsi di yoga, cross fit e savate (boxe francese). Sanificazione continua e ambiente pulito è basilare in tempi di Covid 19.
Family-friendly gym, with national level judo and ju jitsu masters, with high international level athletes. The structure has two large rooms, where it is also possible to attend yoga, cross fit and savate (French boxing) courses. Continuous sanitation and a clean environment are fundamental in times of Covid 19.
