It really should be a combination between a 5 star review and a -3 star review with how much my first experience contrasted with my second. The first time was magical, and Nando gave me so much care and attention. It was as if he were my father cutting my hair and knew exactly how to present me as a handsome professional. It was so good in fact I kept telling my friends and raving about how this was the best cut ever. However, the second time it wasn't that he didn't do as good a job it was just awful, one of the worst cuts I ever had. He had so much incomplete and kept rushing me and charged me near 40% more with none of the extra touches. He just kept ignoring my requests and cutting me recklessly. I think he noticed that he started off poorly and didn't want to face my dissatisfaction. Ultimately such series of mistakes and poor service I cannot risk again. I thought I found the perfect barber but now I will have to find another. I hope this was a one off time and may give him another chance in the future, but only if he gives the right service like the first time.
R	Rennie White on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband needed a haircut while we were on vacation. We stopped in here on a Saturday afternoon, with no appointment, and they were very accommodating. Prior to arriving, my husband looked-up a few key words in Italian, so he was able to attempt to describe what he was looking for. I think this helped, as the barber did a fantastic job. Additionally, the interior is retro, yet authentic, which makes for a cool vibe. I would recommend this place to both locals, and tourists.

Showed a picture of what I wanted which was a skin fade on the sides. Came out with one side higher than the other even after asking if both sides are the same and he said yes...

The staff is amazing and Stefano, a trustworthy guy, is able to make you feel at home and amuse you while he does his job. I personally don’t live in Milan anymore but I go back there every time I have the opportunity to pass by. There’s only one cons of this place, Stefano is an Inter Milan supporter! :) joking, if you need a haircut, go say hi to Stefano and his staff, they will brighten up your day!
